UK Routine Childhood Immunisation Schedule 2024. Source: UKHSA Green Book (Immunisation Against Infectious Disease). RSV maternal vaccine (Abrysvo) offered in pregnancy from 2024. Palivizumab (RSV prophylaxis) offered to high-risk infants seasonally.

Dose 1 of 2. Max age for 1st dose: 15 weeks
MenBBexsero
Targets: Meningococcal group B
Route: IM right thigh
Dose 1 of 3. Paracetamol recommended post-vaccination (3 doses)
Post-MenB vaccination fever (8/12 weeks): Give infant paracetamol 2.5 mL (60 mg) immediately after and at 4–6 h intervals x 2 further doses. MenB co-administered with 6-in-1 causes higher fever rates. Advise parents routinely. Evidence: UKHSA guidance 2015, Ramsay ME et al.
